1.Q: What is the difference between the button-operated version and the WiFi version?
A: The button-operated version allows you to set feeding schedules via an LCD screen on the device itself. The WiFi version supports connectivity with app, enabling remote feeding and the ability to view feeding history. Both versions share the same internal structure.

2. Q: Are batteries included in the package?
A: Batteries are not included. The device can use three D-size (LR20) batteries as a backup power source.

3. Q: Can we have our own brand logo printed on the product?
A: Yes. We offer laser engraving or screen printing for logos. Please note that OEM customization is subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement.

4. Q: Is the food bowl dishwasher-safe?
A: The stainless steel food bowl is detachable and dishwasher-safe.
